The Practice Director accounting module can save you valuable time managing your billing, payment and reporting functions. The software supports both accrual and cash-based record keeping. The accounting module provides the ability to record and report the full revenue, accounts receivable and the payment accounting cycle.

Module Integration

The billing component is integrated with the EMR module so that procedure and diagnostic codes established in the exam room by the doctor will automatically forward to the billing module. It is integrated with the dispensary module to eliminate duplicate entry and minimize data entry errors, and is fully integrated with electronic insurance claim processing. Any billable procedure code can be charged to any insurance carrier associated with the patient, and insurance claims are automatically generated when a charge is saved.

One patient can be associated with an unlimited number of insurance companies which provides flexible insurance billing. Insurance payments can easily be moved to secondary carriers or to the patient’s account.
