Data Conversions

Practice Director provides data conversion services to convert patient demographic information from your previous or legacy software into Practice Director.  A data conversion can save an enormous amount of time entering patients into the Practice Director data base.

Our technicians have converted data from Compulink, OfficeMate, Eyecom, MaximEyes, E-Z Frame, OPTO, OD Professional, RLI, OMS2000, Quickbooks, Peachtree and many other  proprietary software systems.

The conversion of your legacy system patient demographic information is usually quite straight forward. You  provide our technicians with  data to be converted  prior to your planned Go Live Date with Practice Director.  In most cases, you will be able to schedule a time with one of our technicians to extract the data from your legacy system.  Once our technicians have the data that is to be converted, they will perform and test the conversion and load the data onto your Practice Director server.
