Multi Office Deployment

Practice Director is a multi office enterprise level software system that supports an unlimited number of offices and an ulimited number of Providers.  

Practice Director supports all the necessary multi office functions such as  the ability to view and book appointments from any office.  Patient charts can be created and viewed from any office.  Reports such as revenue, accounts receivable and production can be run by office and or by Provider or all offices combined.  Deposits and Inventory reports can be run office or by all offices combined.   These are but a few of the multi-office functions that Practice Director supports.

Windows Terminal Sever
Practice Director Supports Windows Terminal Server 2003 and 2008.  Windows Terminal Server is a proven deployment architecture for supporting multi-office enterprise level software.

Linux Terminal Server
Practice Director offers a plug & play installation of Linux Terminal Server along with FreeNX on a Practice Director supplied server to support an unlimited number of office connections.  Linux is a viable and low cost alternative to Windows Terminal Server. Virtual Private Network (VPN)
A VPN solution provides a economical secure solution for transferring information among multi-site practices.  Given the economical nature of the solution, as a corollary, the solution also provides the longest response times. A VPN router, such as a Cisco ASA, is installed at each location, or single VPN router at the Server location using a VPN Client to connect to the VPN router. VPNs encrypt the data communication among sites ensuring the security and HIPAA compliance of the data transferred.

Direct Web Access (Coming Soon)
Practice Director will soon support direct web access to your server. This will grant verified users access to Practice Director over the Internet no matter where your location.  As long as you have Internet connectivity, you will have access to Practice Director.
