The team provides both functional and technical support, and your support needs are resolved quickly and efficiently through your assigned software consultant.

Senior Software Consultant

Your assigned Practice Director support consultant will have an optometric designation (e.g. CPOA) with years of experience working in an optometric office. Many support calls are resolved by your software consultant by connecting to a workstation in your office using a secure computer-to-computer tool. Whether you’re working in a Windows, Macintosh or Linux environment, our team has the experience and expertise to help you. Your assigned consultant is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central time.

Practice Director Technicians

Your Practice Director support team includes a toll-free support line directly to our technicians. Practice Director technicians have associate degrees in information technology and are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. central time to assist you with your IT needs.

Practice Director comes with an embedded user guide; it can be accessed under the help menu with one click. The guide is search-able by any topic and is available at any time while working within Practice Director.
