Senior Software Consultant
Many support calls are resolved by your consultant by connecting to a workstation in your office using a secure computer-to-computer tool. The Practice Director Team uses two such tools, contingent upon whether you’re working in a Windows, Macintosh or Linux environment. They include GoToAssist or Bomgar. Your consultant is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm central time.
