Practice Director currently has over 230 training videos on our training site. The training videos can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an Internet connection. New videos are constantly being adding to reflect new functionality within the system.

You can utilize the videos in two ways:

  • The videos are for self-guided data entry. All the training videos will guide you through the setup of your office information within Practice Director. This allows you to move at your own pace and to work on the setup when it’s convenient for you.
  • New clients or existing clients are able to review or learn new functions of Practice Director.

If you have forgotten your user name and password, or added new team members, please contact your consultant.

We are currently adding the following enhancements to Practice Director:

  • HHS Certification
  • VSP Integration
  • E-prescribing
