Single Office Installation

You can introduce Practice Director in to your office in two ways. The first way would be to order a server from us that already has Practice Director installed on it and the second way involves having one of our technicians connect to a server that you already own and have the technician install our software on your server.

Pre-installed Server

If you elect to order a server from us, then we will ship it to you at a time agreed during your kick off call with your assigned consultant. When your server arrives you will need to call our technicians to assist with installing the server into your office.

Remote Installation

If you have not purchased a server from us, then a time will be scheduled for one of our technicians to install the software onto a suitable server. Installation time varies depending on your internet access and platform but it usually takes one to two hours to install the software on a server.
