Practice Director provides a copmprehensive training program to meet your unique learning needs. Your training will be guided from start to finish by your dedicated Practice Director Senior Software Consultant. The experience is personalized to make learning more enjoyable, plus it's an efficient method of saving both time and money.

There are three effective components to Practice Director’s training program:
- Online Training Videos
Your Practice Director consultant will provide you with online 24/7 access to Practice Director’s training center. The online training center provides brief training videos that cover all aspects of the software environment. The training videos are simple and enjoyable. The training center is presented in logical modules that monitor your progress. Each module ends with an optional quiz that tests your knowledge. A user that completes all modules is automatically qualified as a “Practice Director Certified User”.
- Sandbox Scenarios
The next step in the Practice Director training program is the completion of training scenarios. Training scenarios reflect hypothetical work flow situations that you will encounter in the every day use of Practice Director (i.e. entering an explanation of benefits - “EOB”). Practice Director is shipped to you with two database locations to enter data: a production location and a training/testing location. The training/testing location is a full version of Practice Director. It allows you to practice and learn by doing, but it does not affect your real information/data.
- Training Consultation
Even though our clients say that Practice Director is extremely easy to learn and easy to use, supplemental training is available by calling your software consultant. Practice Director training, as with all aspects of Practice Director, is relationship based with your dedicated consultant.
Practice Director’s training program is very effective and included in the purchase price! The average training requirement for certified users is 12 to 16 hours.
Optional Onsite Training
The Practice Director team provides custom optional onsite training. Your software consultant will collaborate with you to evaluate your training needs and set a unique training agenda prior to arrival on site. Onsite training is typically a one and one half day custom program and is recommended in circumstances where users are unable to set aside time to complete their associated work function training video module(s) and applicable sandbox scenario(s). Onsite training is $125 per hour.
